VEA™ RETURNS AND 14-DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you made your purchase at www.veavapor.com and are not totally happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.* That's right: 100% money back – even if it has been opened and/or used. Our Return Form, which you must complete and include with the return, is needed to begin a refund. Returns should be mailed to the address listed on the Return Form. Return requests MUST include: (1) the item you are returning including all items that came in the box, (2) the original packaging, (3) the original receipt (or proof of purchase) and (4) the completed Return Form**. Requests for return must be received within 14 days of the date of the delivery. Please allow 3-4 days for our team to process your request. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail as we can’t take responsibility for undelivered returns. Refunds will be issued as a credit on the original credit card used for the purchase.



*Devices purchased through an authorized VEA™ retailer will not be refunded by VEA™ and are not subject to the VEA™ “Satisfaction Guarantee Policy”. In such cases, refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the device and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.
