VEA™ looks very similar to other disposables on the market. What makes it better?



In a word, flavor. We go to extreme lengths to ensure that our liquid is made with the finest ingredients available. We also employ an extremely stringent set of GMP’s and standards that ensure VEA™ is the highest-quality vaping device available anywhere. While other companies are satisfied for their devices to contain the exact same Chinese e-liquid offered almost everywhere, we focus on true-to-life, amazing flavors, sourced in North America and blended in Canada.

What are the ingredients in VEA™ e-liquid?



VEA™ Disposables contain e-liquid that is blended in Canada and includes nicotine, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, natural and artificial flavors, and deionized water.

How should I store my VEA™ disposable device?



Your VEA™ comes with a silicone cap over the mouthpiece. We recommend keeping this in place when not using your device. We also recommend that you not store your VEA™ in places that get can get hot, such as your car.

Are VEA™ devices rechargeable?



No. VEA™ Disposable devices do not come with a removable battery and cannot be recharged. Once the battery has been used up, you’re done. Just toss it in a battery recycling bin.

What nicotine strengths do VEA™ Disposables come in?



Current disposables contain 5% nicotine.

Will you be adding more flavors?



Absolutely. Check back often as we will be adding more new and exciting flavors over the next several months. If you register, we will keep you informed of new product developments.

Can I return my VEA™ Disposable device?



Yes, you can. If you made your purchase at veavapor.com and are not totally happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.* That's right: 100% money back – even if it has been opened and/or used. Simply click here to access our Return Form, which you must complete and include a copy of the completed form with the return. Returns should be mailed to the address listed on the Return Form. Return requests MUST include: (1) the item you are returning including all items that came in the box, (2) the original packaging if you have it, (3) the original receipt (or proof of purchase) and (4) the completed Return Form**. Requests for return must be received within 14 days of the date of the delivery. Please allow 3-4 days for our team to process your request. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail as we can’t take responsibility for undelivered returns. For online purchase returns, refunds will be issued as a credit on the original credit card used.

*Devices purchased through an authorized VEA™ retailer will not be refunded by VEA™ and are not subject to the VEA™ Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. In such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the device and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.

**Misused items will not be refunded

How long will my VEA™ Disposable last?

Although the exact duration depends on your own usage, your VEA™ should last for approximately 400 puffs.

Do I need to create an account in order to shop on veavapor.com?



Yes. We’ve made the process very quick and easy and you only have to do it once. Then, you’ll be eligible for some amazing promotions from VEA™ while making checkout a breeze.

How can I update my account info?



To update your account information, just sign into your account with your email address and password. On the next page, you can access your account information, edit your address book and/or view your order history.

How do I create a VEA™ account?



All you have to do is click on the ‘Sign-In or Create Account’ link at the top of our page. From here, you can log into your account or create a new one. It only takes about a minute.

How old do I have to be to place an order?



You must be 21 years of age or older in order to create a VEA™ account and place an order. When you create your account, we’ll guide you through an easy and quick age-verification process. After that, you’re all set – you only have to get age-verified once.

How do I contact Customer Service?

Can I refill my VEA™ Disposable?



No. The VEA™ Disposable device is not intended to be refilled. Once you’re done with it, that’s it - just toss it in a battery recycling bin.

Do you ship outside of the United States?



At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. but stay tuned – we’re planning an exciting international expansion.

Can I sign up to be a VEA™ wholesaler?

Absolutely. If you have a vape shop or vape site and want to carry VEA™ products, just email us at wholesale@veavapor.com and a wholesale account rep will walk you through the process. It’s quick and easy.

Are there any states that you cannot ship to?

Unfortunately, yes. Right now we cannot ship to: Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Utah and Vermont. We apologize if your state is on this list but we would encourage you to call or email your Member of Congress and share your voice by telling them that vaping should be available to all adults.
